Youth Department

Youth Department is located in the premises of Marafor Square 4. On the ground floor of the building there is a youth collection intended for our users who are “at the crossroads of childhood and adulthood”. In the same building, on the third floor, in the study classroom, there is a collection of comics “Strip na trećem”. It is a favourite meeting place for our youth where regular programs are run, i.e. “Coffee at 2”, workshops where they can spend their free time, learn, socialize, acquire computer skills, participate in creative programs. Libraries can significantly contribute to enriching the quality of life of young people by providing learning opportunities for the purpose of supplementing formal education, but also by providing new opportunities for socializing with peers as well as learning in a different, fun way.
